The Hypnotherapist

Sunwise Hypnotherapy was established in 2023, based in East Lothian, Scotland by myself. After training with Clifton Practise Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT) to gain a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and a Level 4 NCFE accredited Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD).

As a hypnotherapist, I am passionate about helping clients rediscover their inner strength and creativity. My long career in the music business and my interests in folklore, history and symbolism bring unique attributes to my therapeutic work. I strive to help clients connect with their own abilities and their true nature within. By using hypnotherapy, we can work together to help achieve a sense of fulfilment, peace and purpose in your life.
